I’ll spare you the long-winded real estate bio- I’m a 34yr old husband, son, brother, and at the time of this writing, first-time dad.
Professionally, my 12yrs in the business has made me a lender in 5 states, real estate broker in 2, and asset manager in 4. In all instances, the cornerstone of my business is trust and counsel.
I’m excellent at what I do and my almost exclusively long-term, repeat, and referral-based clientele is proof of that.
I’ll admit when I’m wrong, give you a plan if things don’t work out, and always recommend what’s best for you- even if that means it doesn’t make sense to use me.
From friendships to professional relationships, being a trustworthy, competent source of support is a core piece of my identity. It’s important to me you know if I’m in your corner, you’re in good hands.
Reasons clients use me:

I care (see about me paragraph)

In an industry where trust is hard to come by, my entire business model is predicated on doing what’s best for you.

Reasons Realtors partner w/ me:
← All reasons clients use me, plus:
Realtor for 10yrs
I know your world. I understand the needs, tasks, and demands placed on you, which also means I know what you’ll need, why you need it, and when.
Still hold salesperson (CA) & broker (TX) licenses to stay up to date.
Communication
This is the quintessential issue most Realtors have with lenders. My partners get real-time updates through their preferred channel—text, email, carrier pigeon—at their preferred frequency so they always know what’s going on.
Competency
My double-edged sword. If it’s possible to close (and good for the clients), it will get closed. But, time invested in improving that expertise often comes at the expense of marketing myself.
